Here, we have stepped into the sumptuous realm of gilding, accompanied by our dear friend Fiona Blunden. Using techniques dating to the middle ages, Fiona is a master of her trade and operates out of her studio next door. Being also raised in Ireland and influenced by Georgian motifs and practices, as was Charles, they’ve made an outstanding collaboration. After this piece, Fiona went on to accent the Cocktail Cabinet, taking our work to a new height of luxury.
